Requesting the agency to provide the information generated on ExpediaTAAP.com/isWorking is very helpful.
This contains information that identifies the agency and POSa and can be used to search for logs.
1. On any page of your site after the homepage, click on the URL and remove everything after the .com
2. Add /isWorking to the URL and hit Enter.
3. Copy the information from the page into the ticket.
Please note the URL must be changed according to the POSa, and that the agent must be logged in to TAAP prior to accessing the page.
