In response to Covid-19, you can now quickly view the latest status for accommodation bookings worldwide using the new ‘Query Booking Status’ application.
Please note:
Bookings up through May 2020 that met the global force majeure "flex policy" time period will be labeled as Yes: Expedia Collect bookings worldwide that were made prior to March 19, 2020, with check-in date after March 19, 2020 and before June 1, 2020.
For bookings with a check-in date of June 1st 2020 or later the tool displays information on whether the booking (i) has been converted to refundable (Refundable), (ii) eligible for a date change directly with the hotel (Hotel re-book), or (iii) those where the original hotel policy continues to apply (Hotel Policy).
Here's how in 3 simple steps:
1. Sign into your EPS Account (https://expediapartnersolutions.com/sign-in)*
2. Select the “Query booking status” application
3. Download the .CSV file and view the full list of applicable bookings
Tip: You can use the .CSV file to search for specific booking IDs or to filter for bookings that are still showing as Active and within the force majeure flex dates.
