In response to Covid-19, you can now quickly view the latest status for bookings made prior to 19 March with a check-in date after March 19, 2020 and before May 1, 2020 using the new ‘Query Booking Status’ application.
Here's how in 3 simple steps:
1. Sign into your EPS Account (https://expediapartnersolutions.com/sign-in)*
2. Select the “Query booking status” application
3. Download the .CSV file and view the full list of applicable bookings
Tip: You can use the .CSV file to search for specific booking IDs or to filter for bookings that are still showing as Active and within the force majeure flex policies.
