Most EPS lodging bookings made prior to March 19th with stay dates March 20-May 31, 2020 (check-in after the 19th, before June 1st) will be refundable with a few exceptions:
(1) Bookings with a check-in date after March 19th and before May 1st remain refundable as long as the booking is canceled outside of 24 hours prior to arrival.
(2) For bookings with a check-in date after May 1st and before May 31st, refundable bookings with a longer than 24-hour cancellation penalty window (i.e., 48 or 72 hours, 7 days) will no longer be converted to refundable with a 24-hour cancellation window. If they are within the penalty period, the booking will not be refundable.
(3) Hotel collect bookings are eligible for a waiver or refund - please see the FAQs specific to Hotel Collect for more detail.
All lodging bookings will become refundable please service the cancellation request directly using Voyager - https://voyager.expedia.com/
