We'd like to clarify that our API does not utilize IP address as part of our partner Credentials validation. For that reason, partners are not required to tell us when any IP changes are made in their network, as it will not affect their connection to EPS via Rapid API.
The Rapid platform utilizes a signature-based authentication method. IP Whitelisting is not supported and requests to white list an IP are not necessary. Details on how to utilize the signature-based authentication method can be found at the links below:
