You can subscribe to receive maintenance and incident notifications by email or Slack, so you are prompted when an Expedia product has any issues.
How to receive maintenance and incident notifications by email or Slack:
- Login into the EPS Portal at portal.expediapartnersolutions.com
- Click on “Connectivity” in the menu on the left side of the page
- Click on “Manage notifications” in the “System Notifications” module on the right side of the page, in the “Current” tab.
- Select if you want to subscribe to notifications via email or Slack by clicking on the tabs, click “Sign up for notifications”, and insert your email address if you are signing up to email notifications
- Click “Submit”
Note: if you are subscribing to notifications via email you should receive an email confirming what products you are interested in receiving notifications on, with a link that expires within 15 minutes.
How to manage or unsubscribe from maintenance and incident notifications by email or Slack:
- Login into the EPS Portal at portal.expediapartnersolutions.com
- Click on “Connectivity” in the menu
- Click on “Manage notifications” in the “System Notifications” module on the right side of the page, in the “Current” tab.
- Select email or Slack by clicking on the tabs, click “Manage notifications”, and insert your email address if you are managing email notifications
- Click “Submit”
Note: if you are managing your email notifications, you should receive an email with a link to accessing which products you have notifications for. You will then be able to select/unselect products or unsubscribe from all.
