Introduction
This article is for Partners who need to gain access to billing statements in the Portal. Follow these steps to request the required permissions from your Portal admin and find your statements. Please note that only users with the correct permissions can view this information.
Step 1: Contact Your Portal Admin to Request Access
Reach out to your organization’s Portal admin user and ask them to grant you access to billing statements. The admin will need to update your user profile in the Users and Permissions section by assigning you the appropriate role (e.g., "Finance" or "Billing Statement Recipient").
Step 2: Access the Billing Statements Page
Once your admin has confirmed that you have the correct permissions, log in to the Portal.
- Navigate to the Payments section from the main menu.
- Select Billing Statements from the dropdown.
- On this page, you can now view and download your available billing statements.
What if I Don't Know My Admin?
If you are unsure who your Portal admin user is, or if your organization does not have an active admin, please contact Partner Support. Provide them with your full name, email address, and company name so they can assist you in getting the necessary access.
