Summary
We’re adding an extra layer of protection to your Expedia Group Partner Portal account. Once MFA is enabled, you’ll enter a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email after your usual email and password.
Introduction
This change will apply automatically, so there’s nothing you need to set up. Your existing password will not change. Follow the steps below to complete the one-time passcode step and sign in to Partner Portal.

Why is MFA being added?
MFA adds an extra layer of protection to your Expedia Group Partner Portal account.

Do I need to change my password?
Your password remains the same. You can change it according to your organization's normal password practices, but you do not need to change it because of this update.

What are MFA and OTP?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires two or more ways to verify your identity before you can sign in. In this sign-in process, those methods are your password and a one-time passcode sent to your email.
A one-time passcode (OTP) is a temporary, six-digit code that can be used for one sign-in only.

Will I be signed out when MFA is enabled?
If you are already signed in when MFA is enabled, your active session will not be interrupted. MFA will apply the next time you sign in.

How can I make sure I receive the passcode email?
Add email address welcometoeps@expediapartnersolutions.com to your organization's safe senders list. If your organization filters incoming email, ask your IT or security team to allow messages from this address.

What should I do if I have not received the passcode?
Codes may take a few minutes to arrive. If you still do not see the email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm that email address welcometoeps@expediapartnersolutions.com is on your organization's safe senders list.
Contact your IT or security team if your organization applies stricter email filtering.
Request another code only after completing the steps above.

Who should I contact if I cannot sign in?
Partners can also submit a request through the support form or email support@expediapartnersolutions.com for a ticket to be created.
