About the deals list
In the marketing section, you can download lists of discounted rates offered by properties for Expedia campaigns. If you want to create a custom or last-minute campaign, download a stand-alone deals list to search and filter all current discounted rates.
Deals list column definitions
Adjustment type
How the discount is applied to the base rate (for example, percentage vs. other adjustment types). For the current Marketing section in Portal, values effectively indicate percentage‑based discounts.
Address line 1
First line of the property’s street address. Example: Calle Obispo Juan Alonso, nº 2
Address line 2
Second line of the property’s address, if applicable. Example: (blank)
Blackout dates
List of stay date ranges during which the promotion does not apply, even if the booking falls within the main stay window. Example: 25–26 December 2025
Bookable end
Last date on which the promotion is bookable. Bookings made on or before this date can qualify, subject to other conditions and blackout dates. Behavior is based on the property’s local time zone. Example: 5/25/2026
Bookable start
First date on which the promotion is bookable. Bookings made on or after this date can qualify, subject to other conditions and blackout dates. Behavior is based on the property’s local time zone. Example: 4/14/2026
Campaign Id
Identifier of the marketing campaign this promotion belongs to. It is the unique identifier of a marketing/sourcing campaign, such as “May Sale 2026” or “Black Friday 2026.” Example: 37538
Chain
Name of the hotel chain or brand family the property belongs to. Example: RIU Hotels
City
Property’s city name. This complements City region Id, which is the numeric city region ID. Example: Torremolinos
City region Id
Region ID for the property’s city, used for geography‑based filtering and for joining to Rapid Geography. Example: 10205
Country
Country name for the property’s address in human‑readable form, derived from an internal country code. Example: Spain
Country region Id
Region ID associated with the property’s country, used for geography‑based filtering and for joining to Rapid Geography. Example: 166
Description
Short description of the promotion. Example: Special deal: save % percent off %
Discount price
Base discount percentage offered by the promotion. Additional discounts (such as member‑only deals) may be stacked on top of this at time of shopping. Example: 30
Duration
Indicates whether the promotion is an always‑on (Evergreen) deal or a limited‑time offer (LTO). Example: LTO
Market region
High‑level regional grouping that indicates which large market region the property is in (for example, AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM). Example: EMEA
Members only
True/false flag indicating whether this base promotion is eligible for an additional member‑only discount. Example: FALSE
Metro region Id
Region ID for the broader metro area the property belongs to. Example: 603258
Min advance purchase days
Minimum number of days between the booking date and the check‑in date (advance purchase window) required to qualify for the promotion. Example: 3
Min stay
Minimum length of stay, in nights, required for a booking to be eligible for this promotion. Example: 1
Mobile only
True/false flag indicating whether this promotion is only available for bookings made on mobile channels (mobile‑only deals). Example: FALSE
Postal code
Postal or ZIP code for the property’s address. Example: 29620
Product line
Which booking product(s) the promotion applies to—for example, standalone hotel deals, package‑only deals, or both. Example: Hotel + Package
Promotion Id
Identifier of the promotion. A unique identifier for a specific promotion record/instance. This is the primary key used to reference that promotion across systems. Example: 861443378
Promotion name
Human‑readable name for the promotion. Example: May Sale 2026
Property Id
Identifier for the lodging property that the promotion applies to. It is the primary property identifier for a lodging asset—the numeric Expedia property ID used across services to uniquely identify a hotel or vacation rental, distinct from brand‑specific IDs. Example: 1089089
Property name
Current property name for the property Id taking part in the promotion. It is the human‑readable display name of the lodging property. Example: Hotel Riu Costa del Sol – All Inclusive
Property type
Text description of the property type, giving a more descriptive type beyond the numeric structure IDs. Example: Hotel
Rank destination
ML‑driven rank of the destination for the given campaign. 1 is the most recommended destination; larger numbers are less recommended. Example: 77
Rank promotion
ML‑driven rank of the promotion for the given campaign. 1 is the most recommended deal; larger numbers are less recommended. Example: 15
Rank property
ML‑driven rank of the property for the given campaign. 1 is the most recommended property; larger numbers are less recommended. Example: 350
Review rating
Average guest review score for the property on a 0.0–5.0 scale. Example: 4.3
Star rating
Star rating of the property at the time of the promotion. This is the property’s official star rating on a 0.0–5.0 scale. Example: 4
State province
State or province name or code for the property’s address, where applicable. Example: Malaga
Stay end
Latest check‑out (stay end) date for which this promotion is valid. Stays ending on or before this date qualify, subject to other conditions and blackout dates. Example: 10/31/2026
Stay start
Earliest check‑in (stay start) date for which this promotion is valid. Stays starting on or after this date qualify, subject to other conditions and blackout dates. Example: 4/14/2026
Structure type category
