This guide is for Partners who have questions about a specific reservation. Information like refund status or booking details is not available directly in the Portal.
Follow the steps below to find the correct channel for your inquiry and get the fastest resolution.
Step 1: Use Affiliate Voyager for Self-Service
The fastest way to manage your bookings is through Affiliate Voyager. If your organization uses this tool, log in to your account to self-service many common customer service related inquiries, including:
- Viewing booking details
- Managing reservations
- Checking refund statuses
Step 2: Contact Customer Care Team
If you cannot find the information you need in Affiliate Voyager or do not have access, the Customer Care team can assist with any itinerary-specific questions relating to booking modification, refunds and cancellation.

- If the matter is urgent, then please call them using the specific phone number provided by your account manager.
Step 3: Prepare Your Information Before Contacting Support
To help the Customer Care team resolve your issue quickly, please have the following information ready:

- Date of booking and/or travel
- Details about your request (e.g., date a refund was requested)
